Eedris Abdulkareem Disses Don Jazzy In New Song

Former Remedy front man, Eedris Abdulkareem has revisited the era of diss rap in a new song where he told Mavin Records head honcho, Don Jazzy that he is disappointed about a comment the music producer made recently. Don Jazzy, who himself is a twitter demon, had tweeted thus: “If you decide that you want to do rap, there is one thing that you should put at the back of your mind; your parents are not proud of you whether you like it or not.” But Eedris Abdulkareem says he intends to bring back what the rap game is known for, or rather what it should be right now, a bit controversial but exciting. In the track entitled “I go whooz you” in which he featured upcoming producer, singer and rapper, V-Tek, Eedris said he is not happy about the comment Don Jazzy made. He took Don Jazzy apart in the track with this line among others: “Am a great fan of Don Jazzy but I am disappointed. Don Jazzy say if you dey rap, say your papa no go dey proud…? That’s an insult. I go wooz you.” In the track, Eedris gave kudos to some rappers in the game ranging from Zaaki, Junior and Pretty, Weird MC, Dr. Fresh, 6FootPlus, J-Gangster, Ruff Rugged and Raw, Vector, MI, Raw, Ill Bliss, Terry Da Rap Man, Eldee the don, Ice Prince, and several others. Are we seeing the return of the days Eedris and Rugged Man used their rap songs to throw punches at themselves?
